Currently on my easel is this charcoal drawing (not yet finished) of Mary holding baby Jesus. I have been wanting to do this drawing for years and plan to make a painting of it in the near future. Raising my own son has caused me to reflect many times on Mary's experiences in mothering the Savior, making this piece even more meaningful to me.
I love this! I can't wait to see the finished piece.
